Jeffrey R. Eisensmith has practiced in South Florida since 1981. He is known for his expertise in handling real estate and business transactions and skill in handling litigation in an effective, efficient and sensible manner. He provides legal advice to small and medium sized companies as well as national companies and individuals in a wide variety of commercial disputes. Mr. Eisensmith is a member agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, which allows him to provide title insurance for both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
In 1977, Mr. Eisensmith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with honors, from the University of Florida. In 1980, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova University Law Center. He started his legal career as an associate with a Hollywood, Florida law firm and began developing his private practice in 1984. Mr. Eisensmith is an "AV" rated attorney, which is the highest rating issued by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
Mr. Eisensmith is an active member of The Florida Bar and Broward County Bar Association, having served on various committees. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was appointed and acted as a magistrate/hearing officer in the Broward County Court system.
Mr. Eisensmith was raised in South Florida and currently resides in Coral Springs. He has participated in leadership capacities in various community organizations, is a weekend golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife, Barbara, and two daughters.
